Experience You Can Trust
That’s Verta.

About us
Developing the next generation of vertical infrastructure
Verta builds and leases vertical infrastructure, including poles, towers, and fiber, to support carrier networks. We aggressively focus on offering our clients lower costs by combining or decoupling asset classes as needed. We believe in building long-term relationships by delivering curated, scalable, and reliable solutions for our clients’ unique needs.
History
Verta was founded in 2014 by an engineering services company to own poles in the right of way. It was spun out and acquired by SDC Capital Partners in 2019, at which time it launched it’s macro tower division and long-haul fiber division. Verta sold its long-haul fiber in 2024 to solely focus on vertical site development for wireless colocation.

“What we individually bring, through years of different experiences, makes us an exceptional team; offering our clients the guidance, agility, and service needed to be successful in this ever-changing environment. As a bonus, we have fun doing it!”
– Teri Borders
